• Service Quality: Relax Deal does not directly provide the services listed (e.g., salon treatments or dining). Any dispute regarding the quality of services must be resolved directly with the respective merchant.

3. Memberships & Purchases

• Membership Fee: Relax Deal offers custom access and exclusive deals through paid memberships (e.g., specified membership fees as displayed on the platform). All membership fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• Booking and Redemptions: Vouchers, deals, or bookings made through Relax Deal must be redeemed within the specified validity period. Expired deals cannot be extended or refunded.

4. Merchant & Advertiser Obligations

For businesses that advertise or list their services on Relax Deal under our “Want to Advertise Your Business With Us?” channels:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and updated information about your services, pricing, and licenses.

• You grant Relax Deal the right to display your logos, images, and content for marketing and promotional purposes.

• We reserve the right to remove any business listing or advertisement that violates local laws, contains misleading claims, or receives persistent negative consumer feedback.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, layout design, images, text, and software—is the property of Relax Deal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
